- Prepare of SARDIN FILLINGS.
- It's 12 of ready to use puff pastry.
- It's 1/2 cup of dice onion.
- Prepare 1 tsp of pepper.

- You need 1 cup of sardin in tomato sauce ( use only the sardin ).

- put 2tbsp of sardin mixture on to pastry dough then cover with another layer of pastry dough then seal it with a fork.
- baked at 180 C 15 to 20 minute till crispy ,badtingbwith some butter on the last few minutes ,cover with foil if it burn to quickly.
