- Add 6 Alphonso mango pulp to a mixer jar and blend to form smooth paste..
- Add this blended pulp to a pan. Then add 1 cup sugar & 1 tsp cardamom powder. The put the gas on high flame and stirring continuously let the pulp cook and thicken to 1/3rd consistency. This will take about 20-25 minutes..
- Then in a large flat plate, grease some homemade ghee. Add the cooked & thickened pulp and spread using a spatula..
- Let this dry under a fan for 1-2 days..
- When it dries up to easily removable & rollable point, cut the edges to form square. Then cut into strips & roll. Garnish with pistachio flakes & serve..
