  1. You need 1 cup of Milk.
  2. You need 3/4 cup of Suga.
  3. You need 1/4 cup of Condensed milk.
  4. Prepare 4 of White bread slices.
  5. Prepare 2 tbsp of Custard powder.
  6. It's pinch of Cinnamon powder.
  7. You need 5 drops of Vanilla essence.

  1. First we caramelized the sugar.for that we take a pan add sugar and continue stirr on low flame.slowly it melts..
  2. Once the sugar melts it changes it's colour.once the melted sugar colour changes to dark brown.puts off the flames.than at the same time transfer into a cake tin..
  3. Then rolled the tin to set.then let's cool the tin at room temperature..
  4. Now take a pan add milk to boil.take custard powder in a bowl add water 4/5 tsp.mix well..
  5. Now add Custard mixture to the milk and continue to stirr so that any lums would not be formed.now take bread get sides off.cuts in pieces..
  6. Make bread Crumbs.add bread crumbs to the custard milk mixture and continue to stirr..
  7. Now add cinnamon powder and mix well.after few times caramelized sugar set in the tin..
  8. Now put this mix into tin when mix becomes cool.tap the tin to set the mix.and Cove with aluminium foil..
  9. Now take a steamer put this tin into the steamer for 30-45 minutes.then open. your pudding is ready.come to the normal temperature..
  10. Now again cover with the foil.put in the refrigerator for 2 hrs.then open the foil.your very delicious pudding is ready..
  11. Now take a plate.and turn the plate.and slowly open the tin..
